1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for services in the field of IT security concluded between Bytes Security GmbH and its customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when the customer accepts an offer from Bytes Security GmbH in writing or electronically, or receives a written order confirmation.

3. Scope of Services

The exact scope of services results from the respective offer or service description. Changes or extensions require a written agreement.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are net, plus statutory value-added tax. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Customer's Duties to Cooperate

The customer undertakes to provide all necessary information and to enable access to systems, insofar as this is required for the provision of the services.

6. Liability

Bytes Security GmbH is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, it is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential all confidential information obtained in the course of the contractual relationship and not to disclose it to third parties.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Bytes Security GmbH.
